To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns generally fall under one of the following categories:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
- Exchange Requests: Pleshy Cozy will cover the return shipping costs for exchanges in this category.
- Refund Requests: If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, return shipping costs will not be covered.
2. Customer Choice (Personal Preference)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or store credit:
- You will need to ship the product back to our US warehouse at your own expense using the courier of your choice.
- Once our warehouse confirms receipt of your return, we will process your refund or issue store credit.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different one, the fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order for the replacement. Once your return is processed, we’ll confirm it via email.
4. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
